• PIPP Recertification (For Current PIPP Clients Only)

• City of Chicago Water Payment Plan Program

• Low-Income Discount Rate (LIDR) Program Online (For New Customers ONLY).

• Cash Assistance Program (For energy bills covered by the resisental property owner).

How To apply 

To apply for services you will need the following information:

• Utility Bills (gas, electric and city of Chicago water bill).

• Birthdates for all houshold members.

• Social security numbers for all houshold members.

• Proof of household income for all houshold members that shows your household meets income eligibility requirements (30 days of consecutive income which includes wages from work, social security income, retirement benefits, TANF, and cash assistance received from other sources).

• Rent Amount.

• Lease or Rent Verification (for Cash Assistance Program).

• Phone number.
